BALLROOM
Choose our spacious ballroom for your wedding venue, reception area, birthday celebration, corporate event, retirement party, theater production, or concert. This turnkey space contains a stage, sound system, and updated lighting to personalize the look and feel of whatever you would like to host. Our beautiful 60's-era mahogany bar has plenty of room for all of your food and beverages.
Includes use of two renovated bathrooms and kitchen area, perfect for catering/staging. The Ballroom is located on the first floor and is handicap accessible.
ROSE THEATRE
Our hidden-away speakeasy is the perfect place for intimate gatherings, private parties, burlesque, small concerts, photoshoots, and any event with a smaller guest list. Your friends will be impressed as they enter through the bookcase into a colorful world of decades past. This space includes a small stage, dressing area, sound system, theater lighting, and retro dry bar. Leave the decorations at home, you won't need them in the carefully curated cabaret space.
The Rose Theater seats about 30 people comfortably and is located on the second floor, stair access only.
CLASSROOM
Located on the second floor (stair access only), this room seats around 15 people is great for instructional classes in painting, crafting, writing, sculpting, you name it. Tables, chairs, and easels available. The classroom can also be configured into a small event or reception space with the adjoining Rose Theatre.

PRICING
We strive to keep our costs as low as possible for our community, while still providing quality and the unique experience that only this historic building can provide. All events must end by 11pm. Rental times include setup and clean up.
Educational Rental of a single space:
$50/hr with 3 hr minimum
Ballroom, Classroom, Rose Theatre
ex. Painting, photography, writing, yoga, & other instructional classes
Event Rental of a single space:
$100/hr with 4 hr minimum
Ballroom, Rose Theatre or Classroom. Perfect for weddings, private parties and corporate meetings
Multi-Level Event Rental:
$200/hr with 4 hr minimum
Includes use of any or all areas for one set fee!
ex. Have your wedding ceremony in the Ballroom followed by the reception in the Rose Theatre. Includes use of our Bridal Suite on the second floor
